02-02-2012, 1720, WARDEN STROESS SPOKE WITH JAY HETLAND. THE SPILL WAS CONTAINED TO THE PAVEMENT AND CLEANED UP, DNR NOT NEEDED ON SCENE. SUBMITTED VIA SERTS WEB FORM REF # 6279. 02-03-2010, MOELLER SPOKE WITH JAY HETLAND. THE SPILL WAS CONTAINED ON THE PAVEMENT AND IMMEDIATELY CLEANED UP. JAY WILL SEND MOELLER A FOLLOW UP LETTER. LATER THAT DAY, VIA EMAIL, MOELLER RECEVIED A LETTER FROM JAY SUMMARIZING THE SPILL CLEAN UP. THE SPILL WAS PROPERLY CLEANED UP AND NO FURTHER CLEAN UP IS NEEDED. |

A SKANA EMPLOYEE SPREAD OIL DRY ONTO THE SPILL AREA AND CONTAINED THE SPILL TO THE ASPHALT. THE SPILL CLEAN UP MATERIAL WAS SWEPT UP AND PLACED IN BAGS AND ADDED TO SKANA'S DRUM FOR OILY WASTE DISPOSAL.
