| SAGER SPOKE WITH PETER FREDMAN, CALUMET SUPERIOR, AT APPROXIMATELY 1355HRS ON 4/2/12. THE SPILL IS IN THE AREA OF MANY PRODUCT LINES. CALUMET IS HYDROEXCAVATING THE AREA OF THE SPILL. CALUMET WILL HAVE CONFIRMATION SAMPLES COLLECTED. SAGER RECEIVED A REPONSE REPORT ON JANUARY 5, 2012. CALUMET CONDUCTED ADDITIONAL EXCAVATION AND RESAMPLED THE EXCAVATION. SAGER RECEIVED THE LABORATORY ANALYTICAL RESULTS ON JULY 25, 2012. |
