THE RP STATED THAT AN ABSORBENT MATERIAL WAS PUT DIRECTLY ON THE SODIUM SILICATE AND ALL OF IT WAS COLLECTED EXCEPT FOR THE SMALL AMOUNT THAT WENT INTO A DRAIN. *** TOM KENDZIERSKI RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM MICHELLE DUPEY ON 3/19/13 AND DISCUSSED THE INCIDENT WITRH HER. THIS IS A CAUSTIC SUBSTANCE. IMPACTS APPEAR TO BE MINIMAL AND INTO A STORM RETENTION POND. ALSO SEE THE FOLLOW-UP E-MAIL FROM MICHELLE DUPEY DATED 3/19/13 IN THE SPILL FILE. - TK WCR RSC***
