10/02/2023 RSC JS: SAGER SPOKE TO THOMAS TOROBONA, MINNESOTA POWER AT ~1320HRS. PADS AND BOOMS PLACED. MAJORITY OF OIL REMAINED ON CONCRETE TRANSFORMER PAD. RAIN YESTERDAY EVENING MAY HAVE FORCED OIL INTO GRAVEL.CONTAMINATED GRAVEL EXCAVATION WILL TAKE PLACE THIS WEEK. AMOUNT RECOVERED UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME. THE DISCHARGE WAS A SLOW LEAK THE IS ESTIMATED TO HAVE STARTED OVER THE LAST WEEK AND DISCOVERED ON THE REPORTED DATE.
11/8/2023 - SENT AN E-MAIL ASKING FOR AN UPDATE.
