are located on the same property as a landfill licensed under
Wis. Admin. Code NR500 or on a known historic waste site never
issued a license by the DNR. Prior to constructing or
reconstructing a water supply well, you need to contact DNR for
approval of well construction specifications. You may also need
approval to build or excavate. Please see the documentation below
or contact the DNR Project Manager or DNR File Contact listed at
the bottom of this page. |

2/4/19: NEUMANN SPOKE WITH SCR SPILL COORDINATOR MIKE SCHMOLLER. SCHMOLLER SPOKE WITH SET ENVIRONMENTAL CONTACT ROBERT NIMMO. PER SCHMOLLER'S CALL WITH NIMMO: LUBRICATING OIL WAS LOST TO THE SNOW DURING REPAIRS AND THAT THE SNOW WAS PLOWED INTO THE MENOMONEE RIVER. NO CAPTURE OF THE OIL WAS POSSIBLE. NO SHEEN WAS OBSERVED. NO FURTHER ACTIONS ARE NECESSARY DUE TO RELEASE UNRECOVERABLE.
BASED ON THE AVAILABLE INFORMATION, RELEASE WAS UNRECOVERABLE AFTER IMPACTED SNOW WAS PUSHED INTO THE MENOMONEE RIVER. NO FURTHER ACTIONS APPEAR NECESSARY AT THIS TIME. |
