11.14.2023 - JP CONTACTED DAVE BEATTY, SAID THAT A RAILCAR WITH 100,000 LBS OF BUTANE/PROPANE WAS LEAKING. REFINERY HAD RESPONDED, CONTACTED FIE DEPARMENT AND DOUGLAS COUNTY EMS. THEY DID NOT RESPOND, DID NOT EVACAUATE FACILITY.

11.14.2023 - RECEIVED E-MAIL FROM DAVE BEATTY SAYING THAT THE SPILL HAD BEEN ADDDRESSED.
