| ALEX SMITH AND SAGER VISITED THE SITE OF THE SPILL MID AUGUST DURING SAGERS CAP INSPECTIONS. TRENCH BETWEEN TANKS 14 AND 15. ENBIRDGE IS NOT SURE IF THE REMLEASE IS HISTORICAL OR NOT. SAGER CALLED ALEX SMITH AT APPROXIMATELY 1000HRS ON 10/27/15. SMITH TOLD SAGER BARR HAS NOT COMPLETED THE RESPONSE REPORT YET. SAGER SPOKE TO RYAN ERICKSON, BARR ON 1/11/2015. BARR IS COMPLETING THE RESPONSE REPORT AND SHOULD BE SUBMITTING IT THE WEEK OF 11/18/2015. SAGER CALLE LYNETTE CARNEY, BARR ENGINEERING,AND ALEX SMITH ENBRIDGE REQUESTING A COPY OF THE FINAL REPORT ON 6/14/16. SAGER RECEIVED A RRESPONSE REPORT FROM BARR ON 6/16/2016. RELEASE ATTRIBUTED TO THE 2003 NEMADJI RIVER SPILL BRRTS ID 02-16-513788.
