BARR SUBMITTED FINAL REPORT, 2 SAMPLES PFOS & PFHXS EXCEEDED SURFACE WATER VALUES FOR SAMPLE COLLECTED IN POND # 4. NO ADDITIONAL SPILL RESPONSE REQUIRED.
