THEY ARE IN THE PROCESS OF REACHING OUT TO MULTIPLE CONTRACTORS.
1500HRS - JS CALLED LI. SE CORNER OF FACILITY - SMALL DRIVEWAY, HYDRANT #6 IS OUTSIDE NEAR THE EAST/ WEST GRAVEL ROADWAY - THAT SYSTEM IS A CLOSED LOOP SYSTEM AND THIS AREA IS THE END. SOMETHING LEAKED UNDERGROUND AT THE HYDRANT. DISCOVERED THIS MORNING, BUT LATER IDENTIFIED A DISRUPTION IN PRESSURE MAYBE A COUPLE WEEKS AGO. AREA IS WITHIN HISTORIC PFAS SOILS - SOILS WERE COLLECTED THIS MORNING, 2 WATER SAMPLES WERE COLLECTED FROM BUBBLING WATER. RESIDUAL FOAMING, BUT DID SEE SOME FOAMING. PHOTOS TAKEN. 5400FT2 OF SURFACE AREA. HIGHLY SANDY SOIL IN THIS AREA. SYSTEM SITS UNDER 180PSI.
2 SHALLOW GW AND 1 DEEP WELL IN THAT AREA.
