Waste Sites are sites that are located on the same property as a landfill licensed under Wis. Admin. Code NR500 or on a known historic waste site never issued a license by the DNR. Prior to constructing or reconstructing a water supply well, you need to contact DNR for approval of well construction specifications. You may also need approval to build or excavate.
