The City of Eau Claire proposes to reduce Curly Leaf Pondweed biomass and continue studies to achieve in-lake phosphorus standards and restore a healthy native plant community to Half-Moon Lake in Eau Claire County. Major project elements to include: a) whole lake endothal treatments, b) monitoring c) permit costs, d) final report.
