Wolf Lake was evaluated in the 2020, 2022, and 2024 cycles for phosphorus, algae, aquatic plants, and chloride; aquatic plants and chloride data indicate good conditions. Phosphorus and algae levels were elevated but did not exceed criteria. More sampling is recommended. In 2026 excessive algal growth was documented cause by high phosphorus levels. This impairment will be addressed by an approved TMDL and this water was placed on the Waters In Restoration List. Pollutant
