Portage County proposes to do a study on 29 lakes within the county and is a continuation of a previous project, LPL-826-02. The project activities include: 1) Digital watershed and land use delineation of 29 lakes, and 2) fisheries inventory on 2 lakes. Information collected on the study will be diseminated to the public through a powerpoint presentation presented for the public as well as a lake-by-lake summary that will include maps, charts and comprehensive text. The Department will be provided with a paper and electronic of the final report.
