The Village of Chenequa will contract with the US Geological Survey for two years of water quality monitoring. In addition, an aquatic plant survey will be conducted by the Southeast Regional Planning Commission. An aquatic plant management plan will be written. The project deliverables will be 1) a copy of the USGS report containing the results and analysis of the water quality monitoring and results of the WILMS modeling; and 2) an aquatic plant management plan containing the results of the plant survey and recreational use survey as well as a discussion of alternatives for aquatic plant management. Two copies of each report will be submitted in paper form. One copy of the aquatic plant management plan will be submitted in paper and electronic form to the Dept. of Natural Resources.
