Lakes Planning Report

The Town of Enterprise proposes to develop a land use plan with implementation strategies to address land and water issues in the Town. Project deliverables will include a Land Use and Water Quality Management Plan which will consider demographics, public participation planning, water management issues, planning considerations, and ordinance reviews. Other deliverables would include a poster plan version of the land use plan, and several maps for planning, to include a base map, existing and future land uses, soils, water resources, environmental sensitive areas, watershed boundaries, zoning and lake classifications, publicly owned lands, wetlands, floodplains, shorelands, and forest management.
