The objectives of Phase II of this planning project include such things as: 1. Preserver and enhance storm water quality 2. Preserve the natural and beneficial functions of the natural drainage 3. Solve/ prevent runoff problems 4. Solve drainage problems 5. Develop City storm water management ordinance. The DNR will be provided with both a paper copy and an electronic copy of the final report. Information will be disseminated to the public as described in the grant application.
