Purpose
The City of Middleton will revegetate the degraded north shoreline of Esser Pond using native perennial species. A full description of the project scope and project deliverables is in the grant application, which is a part of this agreement. The DNR will be provided with a final report on the results of this project. Information will be disseminated to the public as described in the grant application.
