Purpose

To cost-share installation of manure management practices to assist compliance with Ch. NR 151 agricultural performance standards by preventing runoff into the Fox River.

Outcome

The landowner chose not to accept the TRM cost-share offer, but did clean up the manure stacks and land-apply the manure to croplands via a Nutrient Management Plan, but did agree to accept the deed restrictions, and close the direct discharge pipe.
