Purpose

The grants objectives are inventory the exixting land use patteren and natural resources of the Town of Linn to develop future decisions, complete population, housing, and economic projections to determine growth in the next 20 years. Also, develop a preferred Land Use map for the Town of Linn. There will be 2 public information meetings, 15 copies of a draft comprehensive plan, maps, tabular statistical information, and presentation materials for public meetings. The DNR will be provided with both a paper copy and an electronic copy of the final report. Information will be disseminated to the public as described in the grant application.
