COLUMBIA COUNTY: Kok Manure Storage & Runoff Management

Purpose

to provide 90% cost-sharing to assist the Kok Farm (Merle Kok) in addressing the sources of runoff to an unnamed tributary of Cambra Creek cited in the Notice of Discharge dated April 14, 2015.
