This project is a landowner installation of nonpoint source best management practices to contribute to the restoration of Wisconsin�s waters and was funded by the 319 grant. Specifically, the grantee will provide 70% cost-sharing to the grantee to assist landowner(s) / operator(s) in addressing the sources of direct runoff to the Trempealeau River, as cited in the Notice of Intent to issue a Discharge.
