This will involve the initiation of a large-scale, system wide EWM control in 2021. Direct EWM whole-lake control measures will be taken on Bughs Lake in 2022. To assess results, annual point intercept surveys will be completed in 2021-2024. A comprehensive final report will summarize all project work and lay out management guidelines for the future based on project results.

Project deliverables include: This project will focus on establishing a baseline of the EWM population via a point intercept (PI) survey in 2021. In 2022 a targeted aquatic herbicide application to areas of HWM using ProcellaCOR EC. This application will be in conjunction with herbicide residual & water quality monitoring with protocols approved by the DNR. Whole Lake PI surveys will be completed in 2021-2024. Annual updates will culminate into a comprehensive project summary report in 2024.

Mt. Morris Lakes Management District: Mt. Morris Lk Ais Control & Prevention Project: The Mount Morris Lake Management District proposes to control curly-leaf pondweed (CLP) and Eurasian water-milfoil (EWM) through chemical treatment, mechanical and hand removal, and preventative measures in Mount Morris Lake during the period 2006 - 2011. The project elements and deliverables are specified in Mount Morris Lake Management District's Aquatic Invasive Species Grant application, dated January 22, 2006. The project includes monitoring the extent and density of CLP and EWM annually through pre-treatment and post-treatment surveys of known infested areas, and monitoring other lake areas for the presence of aquatic invasive species (AIS); treating CLP infested areas with an aquatic herbicide; conducting hand-removal of CLP and EWM by divers; mechanically harvesting CLP; conducting water quality monitoring; conducting an aquatic plant survey using the point-intercept method and updating the Mount Morris Lake Aquatic Plant Management Plan; and conducting volunteer activities to prevent further AIS infestations, including conducting watercraft inspections. Reimbursement for mechanical harvesting is limited to only CLP infested areas for the purpose of minimizing turion production; harvesting for purposes of nuisance relief or navigation lanes will not be reimbursed. Town Of Springwater: Gilbert Lake Aquatic Plant Survey: The Town of Springwater proposes to address current and future management and status of EWM and to develop aquatic invasive species prevention strategy recommendations for Gilbert Lake, Waushara County, and the Gilbert Lake Advancement Association, Inc.

Objectives of the project include: 1) Determining locations and extent of Eurasian watermilfoil (EWM) in Gilbert Lake. 2) Preparation of an Annual Report/Gilbert Lake AIS Management Plan 2005-2009.
The report will include: A) The spring 2005 EWM survey map. B) Summary of past herbicide treatment results. C) Comparisons of aquatic plant survey data collected from 2000 through 2004. Species composition, percent frequency, and relative abundance will be analyzed for significant differences between surveys. D) Gilbert Lake's Self-Help Lake Monitoring Program data analysis for changes in water quality in response to EWM control. E) Recommendations for future EWM management and for aquatic invasive species prevention strategies for Gilbert Lake and the Gilbert Lake Advancement Association.

Copies of the EWM survey map will be provided to the WDNR and the Gilbert Lake Advancement Association prior to management implementation. Copies of the Gilbert lake AIS Management Plan 2005-2009 will be provided to Gilbert lake Advancement Association members and other supporting organizations. 2. Conduct a emergent plant appraisal via line transect -transect methodology
3. Summarization of available lake data, especially self-help volunteer information
4. Conduct an evaluation of habitat relative to fishery, existing data (abundance, age, length, weight), fish stocking with cooperative consultation from DNR fish program staff.
5. Prepare a final report and make recommendations.

Porters Lake Management District: Porter'S Lake Monitoring & Prev.: Porters Lake Management District proposes to conduct education, prevention and planning activities to control and prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species (AIS) into Porters Lake during the period of 2011-2013. The project elements and deliverables are specified in Porters Lake Aquatic Invasive Species Grant application, dated 7/24/11.

The project incluldes the following: monitoring, education, shoreline restoration and boat landing modifications. The Porters Lake group will participate in the Fourth of July Landing Blitz, install new State AIS signs, provide garbage cans and a boat wash at their landing. Monitoring will be conducted by SCUBA surveys and by trained lakes people. 200 hours of CBCW will be conducted per year. Watercraft inspection and Citizen Lake Monitoring records will be entered into the State's online Watercraft Inspection Database (SWIMS). Porters Lake group will continue their biocontrol efforts to control purple loostrife around the lake and start working on shoreline restoration as outlined in their deliverables. This grant project will also develop an updated lake management plan.

Best practices, including fish sticks, 350 sq. ft. native plantings, diversions, rock infiltration, and/or rain gardens, will be designed and installed according to the Healthy Lakes fact sheets, technical guidance and grant application.

All funded best practices require contracts that must remain in place for 10 years and include the minimum operation and maintenance requirements described in grant condition #16 at the end of this agreement. If the landowner is the grant sponsor this Lake Protection Grant Agreement serves as the contract. If the best practices will be implemented on land other than the sponsor\2019s, a Conservation Contract between the sponsor and landowner describing the 10-year contract period, minimum operation and maintenance details, and data to be collected is required.

The Department may perform site inspections and/or monitoring to ensure project success.

John'S Lake Management District: Acq-John'S Lake Land Acquisition - Marek Property: The John's Lake Lake Management District will acquire approximately 9.2 acres of land, including 550 feet of shoreline, situated on the western shore of John's Lake in Waushara County, for lake protection purposes. The primary goals of the land management plan are 1) to protect the lake's health and water quality by protecting a water recharge/wetland area for the lake contained on the property; 2) to ptotect the aquatic plant beds located off shore which support fisheries habitat and spawning; 3) to preserve the property in it's natural state to protect it's wildlife amd waterfowl habitat.

Waupaca County: Acq-Keller Lake Land Acquisition: Waupaca County proposes to purchase 36 acres of unimproved property located adjacent to Keller Lake for conservancy purposes.

(The metes and bounds survey of this property indicates 57 acres of property, which includes acreage under Keller Lake: 21 acres. This entire purchase includes taking title of this 21 acres of lake bed. The valuation, however, does not include this 21 acres of lake bed because it has no value.)

Waushara County: Acq-Kusel Lake Land Acquisition - Petersen Property: Waushara county will acquire approximately 30.78 acres of land with 1,150 feet of shoreline to preserve and protect the shoreline and water quality of Kusel Lake. the primary goals of the property's management plan will be 1) TO MAINTAIN THE PROPERTY AS OPEN S[ACE/PARKLAND, 2) TO PRESERVE AHND RPOTECT THE PROPERTY'S SHORELINE IN ITS NATURAL STATE, 3) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE PROPERTY'S WETLANDS, AND 4) TO ALLOW PUBLIC ACCESS FOR PASSIVE RECREATION INCLUDING HIKING AND CROSS COUNTRY SKIING.

Butte Des Morts Conservation Club, Inc: Acq-Lake Butte Des Morts Land Acquisition-Molinski Property: The Butte des Morts Conservation Club will acquire approximately 1,183 acres of land, including 13,000 feet of shoreline, situated on Lake Butte des Morts in Winnebago County to protect Lake Butte des Morts, and its fish and wildlife habitat. The property is primarily shallow marshland including cattails, sedges and grasses. It also includes 164 acres of upland containing trees and shrubs. The goals of the property's management plan focus on 1) the protection of the lake and the Winnebago Pool Watershed, 2) the protection and restoration of the property's plant communities and fish and wildlife habitat, and 3) allowing public access to the property for recreational purposes.

Lake Poygan Sportsman'S Club: Res-Lake Poygan Reed Restoration Project: The Lake Poygan Sportsman's Club proposes to conduct a Common Reed Grass stand restoration project on Lake Poygan. The project will ecologically characterize the structural and functional aspects of common reed grass stands, as well as develop information necessary for the management, protecction and rehabilitation of mid-lake wetlands.

Lake Poygan Sportsman'S Club: Res-Page'S Slough Carp Barrier Project: The Lake Poygan Sportsman's Club will build and install a mechanical carp barrier and rock berm at the mouth of Pages Slough, Lake Poygan. The rock berm will be approximately 300 feet in length with a fifty-foot base and 6 foot top deck. A ramp walk will be installed within the berm for access. This walk will be 50 feet in length and 24 feet wide. The mechanical barrier will be constructed of metal sheet piling and panels. A gated access will be built into the barrier for boats. The mechanical barrier will be approximately 100 feet in width. All materials and design will conform to the CH 30 permit requirements as isued by the WI DNR. The design will be reviewed and approved by Winnebago County Land and Water Conservation Dept.

Waushara County: Acq-Meinen Land Acquisition On Lyman/Hartford Lake: Waushara County proposes to purchase 70 acres of land known as the Meinen parcel on Lyman (Hartford) Lake to be used for conservancy purposes.

The project diverts the runoff and it's associated sediments and pollutants away from Pleasant Lake and into a sand discharge area. The project activities include North and South diversions removed and replaced, a speed bump and west edge ramp removed and replaced as called for in the approved plans.

Fox Wolf Watershed Alliance: Winnebago Lakes Comprehensive Planning - Lake Poygan: The Fox \2013 Wolf Watershed Alliance is sponsoring a project to develop a Comprehensive Lake Management Plan (LMP) for Lake Poygan.

Specific project activities include: 1) Develop communication strategy; 2) Create LMP structural framework; 3) Develop committees for each LMP element; 4) Establish issue related focus groups and encourage stakeholder participation; 5) Determine need for third party consultant assistance.

Project final deliverables include: 1) Committees identify outstanding issues, data gaps and possible actions to address lake issues, 2) Committees begin to draft language for LMP sections, 3) Hold 3 Town-hall meetings; 4) Develop website; 5) Issue press releases; 6) If determined necessary, engage third party consultants for project assistance; 7) Develop Phase 4 strategy for completion of LMP.

Alpine Lake P & R District: Alpine Lake Apm Plan Dev & Prelim Watershed Assessment: Alpine Lake District proposes to develop a comprehensive lake management plan that would be used as a guide for the future management, enhancement, and protection of Alpine Lake and its watershed. Specifically, the project will conduct a comprehensive aquatic macrophyte survey, collect water quality data, delineate the lakes watershed and identify any potential problem areas, and provide an information and education component.

A final report in the form of an aquatic plant management plan for Alpine Lake will be provided to the Department of Natural Resources in both a paper copy and an electronic copy. Information will be disseminated to the public via informational meetings, news releases and through articles in the Alpine Lake District newsletter.

Mt. Morris Lakes Management District: Mt. Morris Lake Management Plan Update Ph 3: The Mount Morris Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District proposes to conduct Phase 3 of their lake planning grant which will employ public participation process, final analysis and report preparation. The deliverable will be stakeholder adopted and updated lake management plan. If a consultant is to provide the final report, it is recommended that the Grantee provide the Department Lake Coordinator with a draft for comment on report adequacy prior to making final payment to the consultant. The Department shall receive both paper and electronic PDF copies of the final report along with, or prior to submission of the grantee's final payment request.

Gilbert Lake Advancement Association, Inc.: Gilbert Lake Eurasian Watermilfoil Weevil Study: The Gilbert Lake Advancement Association proposes to evaluate the effect of the supplemental enhancement of weevil populations as a selective aquatic plant management technique to control Myriophyllum spicatum. Project activities will result in a field evaluation of experimental weevil stocking, a status report and presentation to the lake group, and a final report including feasibility recommendations. The Department of Natural Resources will be provided with a paper copy and an electronic copy of the final report. Information about the project will be disseminated to the public by fact sheet distribution, public meetign, and summary report mailing.

Big Hills Lake Management District: Big Hills Lake Macrophyte Survey: 1) Conduct a macrophyte study and compare to 1979 study. 2) Prepare report of survey findings and analyze available water chemistry.3) Mail summary of survey to district residents, make presentation of information and implementation plan at annual meeting.4) Disseminate information to the public through newsletter mailings, report mailings, and local media.

Big Hills Lake Management District: Big Hills Lake County Park Shoreland Restoration Plan: The Big Hills Lake Management District proposes to conduct a shoreland restoration project at Big Hills Lake. Activities will include selecting a natural landscape architect who will provide technical assistance to lake property owners by preparing individualized site plans. These site plans will guide property owners in restoring or enhancing their buffer zones and reduce runoff and erosion while improving wildlife and plant habitat. The sponsor will disseminate information to the public by newsletter, public meeting, and local newspaper article(s). The sponsor will also provide the Department of Natural Resources with a paper copy and an electronic copy of the final report.

Big Hills Lake Protection & Rehabilitation D: Big Hills Lake Comprehensive Management Plan Study: The Big Hills Lake Protection & Rehabilitation District proposes to conduct a comprehensive lake management plan. Project deliverables include public education, goal and objective setting, mapping of watershed and land uses, aquatic macrophyte survey, and water quality sampling. The scope of this project includes several appraisal actions with the ultimate development of an amendment to the existing lake management plan. Deliverables include:
\2022 Characterize current water quality following protocol via UW-Stevens Point schedule (7 events, multiple parameters w/ profiling) and develop reasonable objectives based on results.
\2022 Evaluate and characterize the aquatic plant community via summer PI survey

\2022 Conduct fishery review utilizing existing data and develop management recommendations. Conduct field appraisal of fish and wildlife habitat and map.

John'S Lake Management District: John'S Lake Water Qual Monitor, Watershed Map, Septic Survey: Delineate watershed boundaries, lake shore use, sites of potential groundwater quality impact, problem and sensitive areas.Produce ground water flow map. Conduct water quality monitoring. Document water quality trends from 1992 & 1993 collected data.Conduct inventory of septic systems around the lake using county records and representative field sampling. Identify potential problem areas and septic systems types that may negatively impact groundwater quality.Information will be disseminated to the public by newsletter mailing, local newspaper articles, a public meeting, and summary report mailings.

Waupaca County: Keller Lake Management Planning: Assemble and review existing information on the lake and its watershed to determine what additional information needs to be obtained on water quality and land use nutrient imputs. Conduct water quality monitoring for parameters and on schedule as described in the application. Conduct aquatic plant survey.

The whole lake aquatic plant survey and water chemistry analysis results will be used to develop a long range aquatic plant management plan that proposes a course of action for combating Kusel Lake's Eurasian Watermilfoil problem. The DNR will be provided with both a paper copy and an electronic copy of the survey results and management plan. A copy of the management plan will be provided to all Kusel Lake property owners. Copies of the plan will also be made available to county personnel, supporting organizations and other interested parties. Information will also be disseminated via the Lake District's newsletter and annual meeting.

Kusel, Wilson, & Round Lakes P & R District: Kusel Lake Apm Plan Development: The Kusel, Wilson, Round Lakes P&R District proposes to develop an AMP plan for Kusel Lake. The project will conduct appraisals and develop the following products:

1. Invasive plant species mapping, 2. Water quality sampling , TSI development, profiling, 3. Watershed appraisal of land uses including WILMS Lake Modeling, 4. Watershed appraisal including visual identification of potential nutrient and sediment sources with recommended strategies, 5. Shore area identification of high erosion, instability, and poor riparian health, 6. Septic system survey ;system age, maintenance history, days of use and # of residents. Watershed and septic assessments will be integrated with Waushara County, 7. The above elements will be incorporated into a final report with recommendations following a citizen participation process.

Mt. Morris Lakes Management District: Mt. Morris Lake Comprehensive Lake Management Plan Phase 2: The Mt. Morris Lake District proposes to develop a lake management plan to include:

1. Watershed delineation and mapping

Long Lake Association: Long Lake Management Planning: Conduct water quality monitoring in 1993-94. Map watershed and conduct an inventory of land use in the watershed. Estimate sediment and phosphorus loading to the lake.Prepare a water and nutrient budget for lake.Disseminate information to the public by newsletter, local newpaper articles, public meetings, and final report.

Long Lake Association: Long Lake Management Planning & Septic System Inspections: Conduct water quality monitoring; conduct water level monitoring; map watershed and conduct land use inventory; estimate seiment and phosphorus loading to the lake; identify environmentally sensitive areas in the watershed; prepare water and nutrient budgets for lake; conduct inspections of some septic systems surrounding the lake.

Long Lake Association: Long Lake Management & Proteciton Planning: 1) Prepare and implement a protection plan for Long Lake. 2) Develop a plan to protect sensitive areas identified on Long Lake through planning grant #LPL-210. 3) Develop a management plan to guide local ordinance development and land use decisions.4) Prepare a final report which will include the tasks listed above. 5) The grantee will disseminate information to the public by newsletter mailings, public meetings, summary report mailings, local newspaper articles, and a comprehensive managementplan. The grantee will provide the Department of Natural Resources with a paper copy and an electronic copy of the final report. Project results will be reposited at the Town of Saxeville and at the Town of Springville.

Long Lake Association: Long Lake Comprehensive Lake Survey: The Long Lake Association proposes to conduct a comprehensive lake study on their lake. The project will conduct appraisals and develop the following products:

1. Invasive plant species mapping, 2. Point Intercept survey of aquatic plants, 3. Water quality sampling in each lake basin, TSI development, profiling, 4. Historical water quality summary and interpretation, 5. Watershed appraisal of land uses including WILMS Lake Modeling, 6. Watershed appraisal including visual identification of potential nutrient and sediment sources with recommended strategies, 7. Shore area identification high erosion, instability, and general riparian health, 8. Septic system survey system age, maintenance history, days of use and # of residents. Watershed and septic assessments will be integrated with Waushara County, 9. The above elements will be incorporated into a final report with recommendations following citizen participation process.

Project activities will result in a field evaluation of experimental weevil stocking, a status report and presentation to the lake group, and a final report including feasibility recommendations. The Department of Natural Resources will be provoided with a paper copy and an electronic copy of the final report. Information about the project will be disseminated to the public by fact sheet distribution, public meeting, and summary report mailing.

Pearl Lake Protection & Rehabilitation Dist: Pearl Lake Comprehensive Survey Project: Pearl Lake Protection & Rehab District proposes to contuct a comprehesive survey of Pearl Lake. The scope of this project includes several appraisal actions with the ultimate development of an amendment to the existing lake management plan. Deliverables include:
\2022 Characterize current water quality following protocol via UW-Stevens Point schedule (7 events, multiple parameters w/ profiling) and develop reasonable objectives based on results. Additionally, approximately 5 samples will be analyzed for fecal coliform bacteria.
\2022 Evaluate and characterize the aquatic plant community via summer PI survey
\2022 Evaluate AIS plants via focused spring PI survey
\2022 Conduct fishery review utilizing existing data and develop management recommendations. Conduct field appraisal of fish and wildlife habitat and map.

Pine Lake Property Owners Assn: Pine Lake Management Plan Phase I: The Pine Lake Property Owners Association proposes to begin development of a comprehensive lake management plan for Pine Lake. The study will take place in two phases. This is phase one of the study and will include the following: 1) surface water quality monitoring; 2) determine areas of groundwater inflow and outflow along with the quality of the groundwater flowing into the lake; 3) aquatic plant survey and sediment/plant/interstitial water evaluation; 4) fishery survey; 5) surface and groundwater watershed analysis; 6) shoreland and sensitive area assessment; and 7) watershed resident survey. Results from this phase of the study will be summarized and presented to the Pine Lake watershed residents at the Association's annual meeting and picnic.

A progress report will be submitted to the DNR after completion of phase one of the study with a comprehensive final report being submitted after completion of phase two.

Pine Lake Property Owners Assn: Pine Lake Management Plan Phase Ii: The Pine Lake Property Owners Association proposes to finish development of a comprehensive lake management plan for Pine Lake. The study will take place in two phases. This is phase two of the study and will include the following: 1) complete the surface water sampling component of the study initiated in phase one; 2) collect and analyse samples from 60 private wells located within the Pine Lake groundwater watershed to provide information on the deeper groundwater discharging into the lake; 3) calculate nutrient and water budgets; and 4) conduct a fish population comparison using data collected in phase one and historic DNR data. Results from both phase one and phase two will be summarized in a final report that will describe the water quality and physical lake characteristics, its watershed and associated land uses, water and and nutrient budgets and modeling results, and interpretation of the data as well as recommendations. The final report will be provided to the DNR in both a paper copy and an electronic copy. This report will also be distributed to the Wautoma library, Fox-Wolf 2000, Fox-Wolf Basin Educator, Waushara County Land Conservation Department, and the Wisconsin Water Resources Center. Environmental Task Force Program staff will present the final results to the Association upon completion.

Silver Lake Sanitary District: Silver Lake Water Quality And Sedimentation Study: The Department is requiring monitoring and water chemistry samples at the discharge point where water is being pumped into lower water levels of Silver Lake. Alpine Lake, downstream, has concerns and the data will indicate sediment delivery. The otheraspect is a tropic state determination for Silver Lake over two year period. Infromation will be disseminated to the public by newletter, local newspaper articles and public hearings. Project results will be reposited at Union State Bank, M & I MidstateWautoma, WI, 54982.

Silver Lake Management District: Silver Lake Comprehensive Study: The Silver Lake District proposes to conduct a project for the appraisal of lake conditions to include:

1. A line transect plant survey of submergent and emergent aquatic plants with subsequent mapping and focus on invasive species.
2. A water quality appraisal including trophic condition identification, lake profiling, and summarization of volunteer water clarity data.
3. Groundwater flow analysis including flow volume and direction
4. Conduct watershed appraisal to include defining watershed, land use/cover types, and identification of nutrient loads via export coefficents.
5. Conduct a property owners survey

Fox Wolf Watershed Alliance: Winnebago Lakes Comprehensive Planning - Lake Winneconne: The Fox \2013 Wolf Watershed Alliance is sponsoring a project to develop a Comprehensive Lake Management Plan (LMP) for Lake Winneconne.

Specific project activities include: 1) Develop communication strategy; 2) Create LMP structural framework; 3) Develop committees for each LMP element; 4) Establish issue related focus groups and encourage stakeholder participation; 5) Determine need for third party consultant assistance.

Project final deliverables include: 1) Committees identify outstanding issues, data gaps and possible actions to address lake issues, 2) Committees begin to draft language for LMP sections, 3) Hold 3 Town-hall meetings; 4) Develop website; 5) Issue press releases; 6) If determined necessary, engage third party consultants for project assistance; 7) Develop Phase 4 strategy for completion of LMP.

Special Conditions: 1) All data shall be entered into the SWIMS database; 2) Draft sociological/user surveys and shoreline assessments must be reviewed and approved by the Department before being initiated 3) Documentation of volunteer labor and donated services shall be collected and maintained in accordance with grant program guidelines for reporting in kind donations.

The whole lake aquatic plant survey and water chemistry analysis results will be used to document changes in the aquatic plant community and water quality in response to the whole lake Sonar (fluridone) treatment and to evaluate the effectiveness of this treatment in controlling Eurasian watermilfoil. The DNR will be provided with both a paper copy and electronic copy of the survey results. The survey results will also be disseminated to all lake residents via the Bughs Lake Property Owners' Association newsletter.

Bughs Lake Property Owners Assn: Bughs Lake 2002 Aquatic Plant Study: Bughs Lake Property Owners' Association proposes to conduct an aquatic plant survey and collect water quality data on Bughs Lake in the summer of 2002. The whole lake aquatic plant survey and water chemistry analysis results will be used to document changes in the aquatic plant community and water quality in response to the whole lake Sonar (fluridone) treatment and to evaluate the effectiveness of this treatment and the proposed 2002 2,4-D treatment in controlling Eurasian watermilfoil. The distribution of any Eurasian watermilfoil will be mapped. The Department of Natural Resources will be provided with both a paper copy and electronic copy of the annual report. The annual report will also be disseminated to all lake residents via the Bughs Lake Property Owners' Association newsletter.

Gilbert Lake Advancment Association Inc: Gilbert Lake Aquatic Plant Management Study: The Gilbert Lake Advancement Association, Inc., proposes to conduct an aquatic plant survey on Gilbert Lake in 2001. The whole lake aquatic plant survey results will be used to document changes in the aquatic plant community in response to herbicide treatments and to evaluate effectiveness of these treatments in controlling Eurasian watermilfoil. The DNR will be provided with both a paper copy and electronic copy of the survey results. The survey results will also be disseminated to all lake residents and other supporting organizations via whater method the Association chooses.

The whole lake aquatic plant survey results will be used to document changes in the aquatic plant community in response to herbicide treatments and to evaluate effectiveness of these treatments in controlling Eurasian watermilfoil.

The annual report will communicate the results of the survey to Lake Association members and other supporting organizations and will recommend any changes to their aquatic plant management plan that are indicated by the survey findings.

Gilbert Lake Advancment Association Inc: Gilbert Lake Apm Study: The Gilbert Lake Advancement Association proposes to evaluate milfoil control and survey aquatic plants with emphasis on management relative to Eurasion watermilfoil. The survey will conform to line transect protocol as accepted by and used by the DNR and include mapping of EWM .

A secondary objective will be to develop a report evaluating, analyzing and summarizing the data collected within the lakes self-help program.

A final report will be submitted to the DNR, both hard copy and electronic form. See grant application and lake coordinator for further requirements.

Kusel, Wilson, & Round Lakes P & R District: Wilson Lake Apm Planning Project: Kusel, Wilson and Round Lakes Protection & Rehabilitation District proposes to conduct a Aquatic Plant Management Plan to include the following:

1. Review of historical and current plant data
2. Development of updated APM Plan, and
3. Integration of a public involvement process.

Mt. Morris Lakes Management District: Mt. Morris Lake Planning Study: Mount Morris Lakes Management District proposes to begin development of a comprehensive lake management plan for Mount Morris Lakes. This project will consist of a collection and compilation of existing data gathered from Mount Morris Lakes and their watersheds, education and property owners participation, residents survey, design and implementation of a strategic mechanical aquatic plant harvesting program, and preparation for expanded studies. A final report summarizing project results will be provided to the Department of Natural Resources in both a paper copy and an electronic copy.

Lake Napowan Improvement Assn: Lake Napowan Apm Study: The Lake Napowan Improvement Association proposes to conduct a comprehensive Aquatic Plant Management Plan, and secondly to sample water quality, once, during the summer, to begin a characterization of trophic condition. This Aquatic Plant Management Plan will include the following: Watershed overview; overview discussion of plant ecology; lake specific overview of practical techniques for plant managaement; issue, problems, and challenges; goals and objectives; strategy; plant mapping; information and education; plant surveys;and a contingency plan.

A final report will be provided both in hard copy form and electronic form. Refer to grant application and lake coordinator for further requirements.

The deliverable will be a summary report including project actions, products and evaluation of media deployment efficacy. The Department shall receive both paper and electronic PDF copies of the final report along with, or prior to submission of the grantee's final payment request.

Lakes included are Winnebago, Poygan, Winneconne, and Butte de Morts in the counties of Winnebago, Calumet, Waushara, and Fond du Lac. The methods and actions employed: appraise all WLF monitoring sites, conduct station inventory, physical visits, data output handling, volunteer aspects, hardware/software descriptions. Integrate with USACE.
