This project is an installation of nonpoint source best management practices to contribute to the restoration of Wisconsins waters and was funded by the 319 grant. Specifically, the grantee will implement: revisions of the village's storm water planning and management documents and ordinances, including updates and an expanded, in-depth analysis of alternatives, costs, and finances. The revisions will help the village comply with its storm water permit, TMDL requirements, and recent NR 151 changes. The village will explore cooperating with its neighbors through pollutant trading and/or adaptive management. The village will update its construction site erosion control ordinance and its post-construction storm water ordinance, and will review implementation of a new ordinance that would enforce maintenance of older BMPs. The village will update its storm water management plan for developed areas and for new development..
