Purpose

Winnebago County LWCD proposes to develop and conduct a Winnebago Lakes Shoreland Restoration Forum. This project willl provide education regarding shoreline and yard management for property owners. Project deliverables include printing and mailing 15,000 forum announcements, development of poster board displays and handouts and a final report detailing the outcome of the forum. This scope is intended to summarize; the more specific scope as provided in the grant application and does not supersede the specific scope elements described with in the application.
