WAUPACA COUNTY: Hoewisch Homestead Dairy Project-Wolf River

Purpose

to cost-share design and installation of barnyard and manure management practices on the Hoewisch Homestead dairy farm to protect surface waters of the Wolf River and address the Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions under Subchapter II of NR 151 relating to nutrient management, phosphorus index, manure storage facilities-new/significant alterations, clean water diversions, and prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state, per the TRM Grant Program Small-Scale Agricultural Application titled Wolf River - Hoewisch Homestead Dairy Project and submitted in 2013.
