Purpose

To cost-share installation of manure management, barnyard runoff and streambank protection practices in order to satisfy NOIs written to cure violations of the performance standards and prohibitions dealing with prevention of overflow from manure storage facilities, prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state and unlimited livestock access.
