Purpose

Denevue Creek 303d validation and use classification.

Objective

DeNevue Cr. is an important warm water stream that in East Fond du Lac Co. DeNevue Cr. has not had a stream classification done since the 1970's. It receives discharge from the Village of Eden WWTF, ag. Waste including a large Permitted Farm, 3 quarry discharges, and Lakeside Foods-Eden. All sampling is complete other than the single Hydrolab, baseflow chemistry sampling, and macroinvertebrates."

Outcome

One sampling event will be conducted at 5 sites in August. The data will be entered in October 2008 with final report completion in November 2008.
