TREMPEALEAU COUNTY: Solberg Farm

Purpose
To cost-share landowner installation of best management practices designed to enable farm operations to comply with the agricultural performance standards and prohibitions established by the County's Feedlot Performance Ordinance and under Subchapter II of NR 151 by establishing discharge management systems which will enable the Solberg farm to meet nutrient application restrictions and prevent overflow from manure storage facilities, unconfined manure piles in water quality management areas, direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state, and unlimited livestock access to waters of the state.
