TREMPEALEAU COUNTY: Anderson Farm NOI

Purpose
To cost-share landowner installation of feedlot discharge prevention best management practices designed to enable the farm operations to comply with the agricultural performance standards and prohibitions established by the County's Feedlot Performance Ordinance and Subchapter II of NR 151 by installing barnyard runoff and related systems which will enable the Anderson Farm to meet nutrient application restrictions, divert clean water inflows, eliminate unconfined manure piles in water quality management areas, prevent direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state, and restrict unlimited livestock access to waters of the state.
