Purpose

To cost-share installation of additional manure storage capacity, leachate control systems, and clean water diversions to address runoff concerns under the Columbia County Animal Waste Management Ordinance and the Agricultural performance Standards and Prohibitions under Subchapter II of NR 151 concerning manure storage, clean water diversions, nutrient management, and prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state.
