To cost-share barnyard and manure management practices for control of the infiltration and runoff of nitrates, phosphorus, other nutrients, bacteria and other pathogens, organic material and toxic wastes and reduce their delivery to groundwater and surface water in order to remedy the NOI issued April 10, 2008.Related Reports
