Purpose

Project Scope and Description of Deliverables (CAOS-2000 Character Limit) Beaver Dam Lake Management District is sponsoring a project to update the Library Lake Management Plan and Cumberland Stormwater Plan. Project final deliverables include: Updated Cumberland Stormwater Plan, Updated Library Lake Management Plan that meets NR 193.53, all GIS maps, stormwater model results Specific project activities include: management planning meetings, stormwater modeling, GIS mapping, public meetings and presentations Special Conditions: none This scope summarizes the project detail provided in the application and does not negate tasks/deliverables described therein. Data, records, and reports, including GIS-based maps, and digital images, must be submitted to the Department in a format specified by the regional Lake Biologist.
