LILY LAKE PROTECTION & REHABILITATION DIST: Lilly Lake Hybrid Watermilfoil Control Project

Purpose

The Lilly Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District is sponsoring a project to conduct a whole lake chemical treatment on Lilly Lake and associated monitoring. Project final deliverables include: All data collected, treatment records and a final Hybrid Watermilfoil Management and Control Strategy Assessment Report. Specific project activities include: 1) Pre Treatment meander survey and temperature monitoring; 2) Whole Lake treatment with ProCellaCOR; 3) residual monitoring; 4) full lake P/I surveys in 2022 and 2023; 5) late season bed mapping survey in 2022 and 2023; 6) annual project reports in 2022 and 2023; 6) virtual pre treatment conference with Town of Wheatland in 2022; 7) development of e-mail style annual reports for stakeholders; and 8) development of an assessment report. Special Conditions: 1) All data shall be entered into the SWIMS database This scope summarizes the project detail provided in the application and does not negate tasks/deliverables described therein. Data, records, and reports, including GIS-based maps, and digital images, must be submitted to the Department in a format specified by the regional Lake Biologist. If consultant is to provide final report, it is recommended that Grantee provide DNR Lake Coordinator with a draft for comment on report adequacy prior to making final payment to the consultant. DNR to receive both paper and electronic .pdf copies of the final report along with, or prior to submission of grantee's final payment request.
