Purpose

ARRA Reporting for Project Managers. Review of milestone work and/or end products will be based on the nature of the project. Those contracts or subcontracts involving monitoring, for example, will be verified by lab analyses expenditures, data availability, and write up of monitoring reports. Desk top analyses involving planning or modeling/analysis will be verified by milestones identified in the project scope, such as "preliminary draft modeling work",etc. Each subproject (1 through 18) will be tracked and progress documented quarterly at minimum to ensure that the work is on track. Project scopes and online status reporting will be available in SWIMS.
