Purpose
The Lake Altoona Rehabilitation and Protection District is sponsoring a project to conduct a user survey of Lake Altoona to assess the economic impact or value of the lake.
Project final deliverables include: all data collected, agendas and minutes for planning meetings, and a report that includes methodologies and results.
Specific project activities include:
Compiling & Coding the Survey Results \2013 the UW-River Falls Survey Research Center (SRC) would check/clean competed survey instruments, then perform data entry.
\2022 Produce a Summary Report \2013 In addition to providing the raw data, produce a narrative report with cross-tabs, graphs, and a discussion of key findings. The report will be relatively brief, since there will be a limited number of survey questions.
\2022 In addition to summarizing the data, the report may include statistical analysis as requested by the Lake District.
Special Conditions: WDNR will be provided electronic and hard copies of data and reports/plans generated as a result of this project.
This scope summarizes the project detail provided in the application and does not negate tasks/deliverables described therein. Data, records, and reports, including GIS-based maps, and digital images, must be submitted to the Department in a format specified by the regional Lake Biologist.
If consultant is to provide final report, it is recommended that Grantee provide DNR Lake Coordinator with a draft for comment on report adequacy prior to making final payment to the consultant. DNR to receive both paper and electronic .pdf copies of the final report along with, or prior to submission of grantee\2019s final payment request.
