The goals of this project are preparation a comprehensive river protection plan. The goals and final report will include:1) Management of river basin for human usage, while maintaining adequate flow while protecting the character and integrity of the water resources. 2) Promote the hydrological structure and function of the river. 3) Facilitate the maintenance of the wetland and wildlife habitat within the designated environmental corridors. 4) Encourage public knowledge and understanding of the Rivers component of the ecosystem.
