Purpose

To cost-share eligible expenses for construction of a storm water detention pond and associated infiltration practices to be located near Oakwood Road in the City industrial park in order to control solids and phosphorus suspended in urban runoff entering waters of the state and to assist the City in meeting the requirements of the municipal WPDES permit.
