Purpose

To cost-share eligible expenses for design and retrofit construction of a wet detention pond to be located within the Village's Industrial Park, in order to control solids and phosphorus suspended in urban runoff entering waters of the state and to assist the community in meeting the requirements of their municipal WPDES permit.
