Purpose

To cost-share eligible expenses for design and installation/construction of a biofiltration device to be located within the Village's Ripp Park, in order to control solids and phosphorus suspended in urban runoff entering waters of the state and to assist the community in meeting the requirements of their municipal WPDES permit.
