Purpose

To cost-share landowner installation of barnyard and manure management best management practices to provide runoff management protection in compliance with the Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions and resolve the issues of the Notice of Intent issued April 10, 2009, involving manure storage, clean water diversions, nutrient management planning, and prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state.
