Purpose

Cost-share landowner installation of runoff management practices to assist the landowner in resolving the conditions identified in the Notice of Discharge (NOD) issued November 10, 2009, and to comply with the Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions involving clean water diversions, nutrient management planning, prevention of unconfined manure piles in water quality management areas, prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state, and prevention of unlimited livestock access to waters of the state.
