FOX LAKE INLAND LAKE P & R DISTRICT: Mgmt. Strategy Drew Creek Watershed

Purpose

The Fox Lake Inland Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District will develop a management strategy to reduce existing sources of pollution in the Drew Creek subwatershed to Fox Lake, and develop a clean-up strategy for the contaminated groundwater that feeds Drew Creek. A consultant will guide a technical advisory committee to explore and prioritize management options, and will prepare concept drawings, costs and financial opportunities for the top ranked alternatives. A final report will summarize the project findings and recommendations.
