Lake Improvement Plan for Beaver Dam Lake. Includes surveys, maps, public opinion data.

The Beaver Dam Lake Improvement Association plans to have a comprehensive management plan written for the lake. This will entail: an inventory and analysis of existing reports and data, water quality sampling to get information to supplement the CLMN monitoring data; modeling to refine pollutant load estimates using WILMS and regional UAL models; an aquatic plant inventory and analysis, shoreline erosion mapping, and lake use surveys and inventory of boats to locate and quantify the types of recreational use the lake gets. Community involvement will include interactive lake meetings, and information shared via press releases, newsletter articles, mailing and presentations.
