Return to Search
Purpose
To cost-share design and installation of barnyard and manure management systems to prevent runoff into Lake Michigan and to address violations of the NR 151 Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions, including: nutrient management, and prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state. Per Sutstitution, two sites will be cost-shared with this grant. Amendment #2 transfers the remaining $40,000 from the Whitefish Bay site (Bagnall) to the Arbter Lake site (Sawyer). So now the entire $121,110 is for the Arbter Lake site.
