Purpose

To cost-share relocation of barnyard and manure storage practices to protect Six Milw & Pheasant Branch Creeks and to address violations of the NR 151 Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions relating to manure storage facilities-new/significant alterations, manure storage facilities-closure, nutrient management, and prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state.
