Purpose

Cost-share landowner installation of runoff management practices to assist the landowner in resolving the conditions identified in the Notice of Intent (NOI) to Issue a Notice of Discharge (NOD) issued April 18, 2011, and to reduce or eliminate direct discharges from the livestock operation into waters of the state.
