Purpose

Cost-share installation of manure storage systems to prevent contamination from agricultural runoff containing nutrients, bacteria and other pathogenic organisms and to address violations of the NR 151 Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions relating to: manure storage facilities-new/significant alterations, process wastewater, nutrient management, and prevention of overflow from manure storage facilities.
