Purpose

Cost-share streambank protection and sediment reduction practices within the segment of the Root River within Lincoln Park adjacent to the Spring Street bridge and assist the City in meeting the requirements of its Municipal Stormwater Permit and remedy discharges of sediment and total suspended solids entering waters of the state.
