Purpose

Cost-share streambank protection and sediment reduction practices within the segment of Pheasant Branch Creek between Park Street & Parmenter Street to assist the City in meeting the requirements of its Municipal Stormwater Permit and remedy discharges of sediment, total suspended solids, phosphorus & heavy metals entering waters of the state.
