This project is an installation of nonpoint source best management practices to contribute to the restoration of Wisconsin�s waters and was funded by the 319 grant. Specifically, the grantee will implement: development of a Storm Water Quality Management Plan Update for the village that takes into account anticipated new TMDL wasteload allocations for the Milwaukee River Basin and the village's MS4 permit requirements and includes a storm water utility rate review and update. Activities will include updated modeling to conform to new TMDL requirements, alternatives analysis for meeting new TMDL and MS4 requirements, including discussion of pollutant trading and adaptive management, ordinance updates for consistency with NR 151, and updates to the village's Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination program.
